Just a quick note to thank you for the wonderful service you have provided me over the last several years. The aircraft you select always seem to be the right fit and the professionalism of the flight crew is bar none. For example, on a recent flight from Nashville to Baltimore we were encountering very sever weather. Our pilot, Walter Schmeis, explained to us how he would vector around the storms, land on the long runway so he would not have to apply his brakes thus avoiding the dreaded hydroplaning. This type of communication with his passengers goes far beyond what we would normally expect. We also change schedules quite frequently and you are always able to accommodate. For busy executives like myself, the time savings is critical and well worth the cost of private flying. I look forward to many more flights in the near future. Thanks again for your superior service
